Half-gallon glass jar, kombucha SCOBY pellicle, 8oz kombucha starter liquid, 2g organic loose-leaf Ceylon black tea from Sri Lankan-based brand Teakruthi, 100g Kirkland organic cane sugar, 2 coffee filters, rubber band (instructions included).

Each fermentation kit curated by Norah comes with pre-measured ingredients, step-by-step instructions, and support via social media (Instagram/Facebook: @fermentsbynorah).
